Initial Clean-Up Fee

The standard initial clean-up fee is $35 if the yard has accumulated waste. If the yard has been maintained on a weekly basis, the initial clean up fee can be waived. If the accumulated waste is excessive, the initial clean up fee may be adjusted. Initial clean-up fees are one time charges added to your first months bill.
