At Woof Waste Warriors, we bring our pet waste cleanup service right to your home or commercial property on a regular schedule, ensuring your yard stays clean and enjoyable for you and your furry friends!
Getting started is a breeze! Just click on the ‘Schedule a Pickup’ tab and fill out your details. It only takes a couple of minutes! Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm your scheduled service via email.
We currently service the Regional Municipality of York (York Region). Including the surrounding areas.
We bag the waste and place it in your green bin for easy disposal. If you'd prefer us to remove it entirely, we offer that service for a small additional fee.
Absolutely! Your pets don’t take a break, and neither do we!
Nope! Most of our clients are busy during the day, so feel free to go about your day. If you’d like to be there for the first visit, just let us know, and we can arrange a meet-and-greet with you and your pup!
Yes, please! We don’t climb over fences, so please have your gate unlocked on service days. If it’s easier for you, you can provide us with a key to the lock.
If we can’t get into your yard on our first visit, there’s no charge for that day, and we’ll reach out to resolve the issue. For any future access issues, standard fees will apply.
If your dog is friendly and comfortable with new faces, we’re happy to work around them! If your pup is more on the aggressive side, please let us know in advance so we can ensure they’re inside during our visit.
We’re prepared for just about any weather! However, we won’t work during lightning or severe thunderstorms. If rain makes conditions unsafe, we’ll catch up on your yard the next clear day. For snow or ice, we’ll postpone until it’s safe to travel.
Definitely not! Dog waste contains harmful bacteria and parasites that can affect your family, pets, and lawn. Regular removal, at least once a week, is highly recommended!
You’ll receive an email statement on the 15th of each month for the upcoming month’s services, listing what you’ll receive and the amount due. Payment is due by the 1st of the following month. If payment isn’t received by the 10th, we’ll need to pause your service until it’s settled. New customers will be billed for their first month’s service, which is due before we start.
No contracts, ever! We can adjust your service easily over the phone or via email whenever you need.
Just email us 48 hours in advance, and we’ll skip that day. Any credits will be applied to your next month’s invoice.
